On Sunday, Decemeber 2, Deck the Palms will transform the bayside shopping center destination into a warm-weather wonderland embracing San Diego's most-renowned winter elements. Organizers expect Santa to arrive with a splash around noon, and he will be available for photos until 4 pm.
